she is a nice girl but she is seriously a game player. im not sure if this is yourself alice but i can see she is faking it and choosing who to talk to and get close to. i dont want her to win at all but u kno u have to choose the threats to go out, housemates. in the end it will do you no good in just choosin pals. threats.

alice doesnt do much, doesnt say much and is a game player, dont let the game player/leader to stay get the leader to evict.

if alice is up again vote her out, she is not a girlie girl she is a game player.

this is my view but alsoe corey’s too. there are hints that nathan is not being true to himself and us, the viewers. and i want to analyze that situation and comment.

well nathan i think is not being fake, but there are some hints that he is. such as when talkin to a group of girls and his annoying smile.. but mayb that is wht the hint may be. the smile hides everything. and he is ultra nice to every1 and that increases the group dynamics positively and makes him fit in. i think the boys are seeing him as a threat to this game. because he is and seems to be a very likable character, but he is also in the danger zone bottom 5. but not sure if he is bottom 3. but if so he is in the bottom  the boys will vote to evict him out. why because he is threat and the guys sense that he is being fake. not giving all of what he is about and hiding the  truth; and true personality.

Low gi foods are foods with low carboyhydrate intake and are low in sugar and fat. this helps with weight loss. but seriously is it real?

problem solved.

My point. to lose weight successfully u must eat lesser portions each of the 3 meal times. breakfast - cereal, 2 pieces of fruit and a glass of water. excrcise daily and drink plenty of water. dont snack on high sugar bars and chocolate. if you can eat lots of vegetables. dont eat chips and cheese. these are very fatty. have rest breaks. dont eat too full. as i said before small portions.

simple. i need to stay on a low carb diet too. i need recipes.

As you can see i am a chinese australian.

what does it take to be recognised as an australian. skin colour? how u tokl or behave? or is it just how u look like on the outside?

even though i may look asian i am also australian. i know alot more english than chinese. i am proud to look aussie and buy aussie products. i am ore suited to bein english than chinese. there are sometimes sterotypical ansers and classification of some degree to asian and non asian. we are treated differently and are plainly different. we have a different culture and diffenently a different attitude to life and dating scenes and many more differences.  there are more asian migrants in australia than we have ever had been.

this topic may sound useless and demand. why do i use this discussion to point out the differences, it  is plain simple. we are treated differently. i trullu  hate that. u wouldnt let a asian/chinese be captain of an engish team mainly because we are in a different ethnic group to them. we get laughed at and be labeled different and study freaks and huge geeks. we are not.

and that totally and wrongly sucks. boo !!!!!!!! pathetic ….

Ben: i dont know why he is still in there? who would like him anywayz. pls vote him out, seriously, he is such stupid person who is too strategic and big headed and he is boringly stupid. i dont want him in the bb house.

bridgette - one thing i noticed about her. very creative and not opinionated and she is a fair housemate. she is not strategic coz she is to dumb to be strategic, example what about how she nominated on sunday eviction. so dumb but she is there and she is interesting and nice. she is pretty to watch and has friends there but if australia decides to not save her and save others for the title. pls keep her in and vote dave - the faker and boriest out. u kno all the girls are on brigette’s side as in friendship.

also i dont like terri - she so annoys the crap out of me. seriously u dont belong in the big brother house. no one like u and if australia decide that her time is up, ever1 will and is going to evict her.

ok my time and opinion is out there. whteva u choose to save is up to your choice.

i believe that it is not just threats that win big brother but the most diverse personality will win. you need the looks, courage to be different and be entertaining to watch. example that include is bridgette. great to watch and is nice looking.

there are times in the big brother house that people are nasty and bery insulitng to each other. being mean wont eva get u till the end. so be nnice

it is challenging that the remaining housemates are nice ppl but u kno u need strategic efforts to survive in the end. i think the nicest guy in the house is the slightest slim chance of winning big brother is Nobbi.

he has personality being nice and hugely entertaining and not fake compared to the other guys in the house. some are very boring nonee that has opened up like Nobbi. be different and u will remain and take home the big prize not just fame and fortune.

i dislike the unthreats = boring

PLEASE KEEP THE ENTERTAINING ONES IN THROW OUT THE BORING ONES/UNICE ONES!
