Low gi foods are foods with low carboyhydrate intake and are low in sugar and fat. this helps with weight loss. but seriously is it real?

Is muffins considered low fat? or contains less sugar and fat?

answer no.

problem solved.

My point. to lose weight successfully u must eat lesser portions each of the 3 meal times. breakfast - cereal, 2 pieces of fruit and a glass of water. excrcise daily and drink plenty of water. dont snack on high sugar bars and chocolate. if you can eat lots of vegetables. dont eat chips and cheese. these are very fatty. have rest breaks. dont eat too full. as i said before small portions.

simple. i need to stay on a low carb diet too. i need recipes.
